Jenalyn Nailon Thome, a mother and Filipina National, with a long and documented history of pathologically lying and trying to destroy her daughter’s relationship with her blessed Christian father, has been caught perjuring herself yet again in Family Court in Las Vegas, NV.
This past February 8, 2023, the Filipina mother lied in Family Court in front of Judge Henderson of the Eighth Judicial District and Judge Garcia-Sen of the Santa Clara County Superior Court, when Judge Henderson asked her if the father had given her, shared with her, ANYTHING that would make it ‘more likely than not’ that the father lived in Las Vegas. The mother willfully lied to Judge Henderson and Judge Christine Garcia-Sen when she replied, “No.’
The facts show Jenalyn Nailon Thome had the ‘useful information’ Judge Henderson questioned her about, in the form of received texts which included multiple photos and videos of the father and daughter’s residence 4 1/2 months before the February 8 hearing. Prior to this, the mother was in the room on June 28, 2022, when the daughter found out that her Christian father lived in Las Vegas which is documented in the video above.
In July 2022, during another video call, the mother was present when once again the father shared about his Las Vegas residency and the mother ultimately becomes unhinged and threatens the father. This video was included for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s review.
Thome has also received multiple Uber deliveries from the father and daughter’s home to Thome’s East Side Las Vegas trailer park which clearly indicated the father and daughter’s residence is in close proximity to Thome’s trailer park. The actual drive time between both addresses is approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Family Court News is in possession of the Uber receipts and can confirm their authenticity.
What these videos and affidavits show, apart from her outright lies in the false and weaponized CPS report, is a Filipina National who has consistently lied with impunity throughout her life. This must come to an end and Jenalyn Nailon Thome of Medellin, Cebu, Philippines must be held accountable under US and Nevada criminal law. In fact, Jenalyn Nailon Thome must be held accountable under Philippines criminal law for violently assaulting the daughter and father on multiple occasions. The father at the time met with several Filipino and American pastors and pleaded with them to intervene and to tell Jenalyn Nailon Thome to stop violently assaulting the child which revolved around brutally slapping her in the face with such force the 30-month old child would immediately be knocked down with great force.
The Christian father and daughter must be reunited after this criminal attempt by Jenalyn Nailon Thome to destroy their relationship and the father must be given sole legal and physical permanent custody with no contact from the mother for a minimum of 36 months or more which is a remedy under Nevada law when a parent files an unsubstantiated CPS report against the other parent.
The father is advocating for the Court to order both the mother, and vulgar husband Rick Thome, who cursed at the father via text when he simply asked, “Where is my daughter?,” to see a PhD psychologist for their myriad of bitter, malevolent, and pathological lying behaviors.
In 2017, the mother also lied three times to the State Department’s Kristy Haller of the US Embassy in Manila, then abandoned her daughter behind, while refusing to sign for her passport. The father and daughter were forced to get an attorney to help get them through Bureau of Immigration and get them safely out of the country. The unhinged Filipina Jenalyn Nailon Thome threatened to kill the father and/or have him killed which the minor child heard over Skype, and he sent that info immediately to the US Embassy as they had to hide out until they were able to get out of the country.
The mother who in Family Court News opinion, as well as the opinion of others who have knowledge of this case history, has severe pathologies. She was raised by her father George Nailon, from Medellin Cebu, who is inflicted with severe alcoholism and nearly killed the mother in a drunken, violent rage in 2010 where he beat her beyond recognition and mutilated her face. The mother has been very violent to both the father and daughter and this includes witness affidavits which were included for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for their review.
