BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Judge Bill Henderson Denies Due Process and Custody to Loving Father Based on Lying and a Personal Animus
Las Vegas – Nevada Family Court Judge Bill Henderson of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Department R, willfully denied a Christian father who has not seen his daughter for 2.5 years, an opportunity for him to receive 50% custody based on a lie he perpetuated at a UCCJEA hearing earlier this year on February 8, 2023.
Corrupt UCCJEA Hearing 🤥
What should have been a routine and uneventful UCCJEA hearing to transfer the custody case from California to Nevada, instead was rigged willfully based on a lie in order to prevent a loving Christian father from finally bringing his blessed, Christian daughter home after two and a half years and obtaining 50% legal and physical custody which is required by Nevada law.
Permanent Lease Obtained 📄
In the first hearing on June 27, 2022, Judge Bill Henderson ordered the Christian father to get him a lease of his Las Vegas permanent residence. He stated that if the father did this, “He would take the case.” Days later on August 5, 2022 the Christian father applied for an upscale apartment in North Las Vegas.
The father’s elderly mother and daughter were also added to the lease. On August 26, 2022, the family took residency and the father has stayed at the residence ever since having never left the city of Las Vegas or the state of Nevada.
Prior to August, the Christian father began moving and staying part-time in Las Vegas in January 2022. The father obtained his Nevada Medicaid and other benefits in April of 2022 having ceased all benefits from California in March 2022. The father made 3 trips and stayed in Las Vegas for a few months before making his move permanent in August 2022.
Notarized Documents & Affidavits Proving Residency ✅
Family Court News™ is in possession of the permanent lease, notarized affidavits from a former North Las Vegas police officer who is the father’s neighbor, notarized affidavits from family and friends who helped the father move and are in weekly contact with the father, notarized documents from Amazon and Uber detailing his residency with receipts, and other case documents of this case which started in the Philippines.
The residential lease was submitted to the Court in August 2022 as an Exhibit and evidentiary file. In spite of this fact, Judge Bill Henderson and CA Judge Christine Garcia-Sen both willfully lied out of personal animus against the Christian father when they both stated, “I don’t think you live here (Nevada),” with no factual basis to do so.
Since when does any judge get to make any ruling based on ‘thinking’ this or that without any facts or evidence to support their incredibly important decisions affecting the spiritual, relational and mental health of a Christian father and daughter torn apart by family court injustice? Particularly when the father has already provided verified proof of his residential lease?
If Judge Bill Henderson or Judge Christine Garcia-Sen want to opine then they should immediately quit their jobs and become op-ed journalists for The Las Vegas Review-Journal and San Jose Mercury. Otherwise US and Nevada law mandates they adjudicate based exclusively on the facts. They both appear to think of themselves as modern day kleptocracy Mafioso figures running roughshod over truth, Nevada law and family relationships as opposed to Family court judges.
As a direct result of Judge Bill Henderson’s willful dereliction, instead of the daughter being home with her father 7 months ago, they have both been denied unlawfully, in a premeditated manner, a loving relationship in Christ.
Nevada Law ⚖️
Nevada family law states in NRS 48.015 “Relevant evidence” defined:
As used in this chapter, “relevant evidence” means evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the determination of the action more or less probable than it would be without the evidence.
What is so regrettable is not only did Judge Bill Henderson outright lie about the Christian father not living in Nevada, he also willfully disregarded the law and NRS 48.015 in order to deny the Christian father his God-given and Nevada state rights as a parent to take 50% legal and physical custody of his daughter.
This is the lengths that Judge Bill Henderson went to and he has now showed unequivocally he is willing to lie and disregard Nevada state law in order to act out as an authoritarian and tyrannical judge who believes:
- He is above the law.
- He can deny due process to any Nevada resident he chooses to.
- He can disregard law NRS 48.015 and evidentiary files anytime he wants to.
- He can lie and embellish with impunity anytime he wants to.
- He can openly carry a personal animus against any loving parent he does not like and bully them.
Christian Family Has Had Enough Malfeasance 💯
After 2.5 years of not seeing their precious daughter and granddaughter, and as a direct result of Judge Bill Henderson’s malfeasance, corruption and lies, the Christian grandmother is now exploring suing Clark County for this grotesque continued injustice by Judge Bill Henderson, as well as suing the pathologically lying Filipina mother and the vulgar-mouthed American she is married to who coerced the beautiful, Christian daughter to make incredibly false allegations against her own Christian father.
Family Court News™ and our partners around the world, are in possession of a 39 second video which flatly contradicts the lie the minor child was coerced and coached to tell CPS and there is not any doubt about this.
In fact, the video demonstrates the father’s love and concern for his daughter over a broken water heater issue. Based on this fact, the CPS found the allegations unsubstantiated and without merit and immediately closed the case. The Christian father immediately offered up the video as evidence to the CPS investigator.
The CPS investigator asked the father, “You think this is being brought up (by the mother) because of what’s going on between you and mom as far as like the (custody) litigation?”
The father replied, “Oh absolutely, 100%, absolutely!” and later he stated, “She’s being coached by her mom to say this. I can guarantee it.”
The CPS investigator informed the father that under Nevada law when one parent files a false and/or unsubstantiated claims with CPS against another parent, the falsely accused can file criminal charges against the accusing parent under NRS 199.310, Malicious Prosecution. The Christian father has confirmed charges will be filed shortly against the abusive Filipina mother and the individual she is married to.

Family Court News™ is advocating for Judge Bill Henderson to be removed from his position as a Family Court Judge for willfully lying with no factual basis to do so.
Judge Bill Henderson is a family court judge that has failed this honorable Christian family, father and daughter, like so many family court judges fail families throughout the US and Canada.
Family Court News™ will forcefully oppose Judge Bill Henderson should he run for another term in the next election and will support a Godly opposition candidate who does not lie and embellish on the bench, who treats the truth and evidentiary files as an adjudicator should while respecting loving parents and their constitutional rights to a full and loving relationship, as well as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with their children.
There will be no second chances for Bill Henderson. He does not deserve any.
